How to cancel accidental double transaction

Hello, I recently bought an item and accidentally paid twice. How can I cancel one of the payments? The status on both payments say "completed" and the seller is not responding back to my emails. Thanks!

You can't cancel a completed transaction.

Contact the seller and they can refund the extra payment.

If it was an ebay transaction you can get their tel number via advanced search top of ebay pages > contact member left side column > fill in the details and ebay will send you their tel number in an email.
