Long story short, I have a negative balance and I still need to pay two Ebay Sellers I owe. When I add the money to my paypal account, it will be back at Zero, but will the money be sent automatically to the people I owe? I want to make absolutely sure as I don't want to have to pay twice. I tried asking customer support but they have not gotten back to me after 24 hours. Thank you for your time.
