Hi, Does anyone knows how can I file a complaint to the customer support and manager that I talked to? They are extremely unhelpful. I hope this will reach the paypal management .

As this is a community forum and not customer services then I doubt it will.

Go to the ''message centre'' in your paypal account and you should be able to email in there.

Thank you. I will try that. As long as this will alert paypal management how incompetent their customer support are.
