So. I had my account setup so I could just pay with my PayPal, and it'd just draw out directly from my Scotia Bank chequing account. Well the last couple things I bought I ended up not having the funds available for, and it put my PayPal account at -63.92. I paid that off, my balance is now 0.00, but I'm no longer able to pay for anything, it just doesn't go through. I've been trying to buy the new SimCity game, but it just says purchase not complete. Halp?

So, it says this:

Unavailable payment methods:

Bank account (Instant transfer): Scotia Bank Chequing (Confirmed)

To help protect our members against fraud, we review every transaction and may block a payment method when we see a potential risk. Although our fraud measures occasionally block a legitimate payment, to maintain overall security, we don't overturn any decisions about an individual transaction.

How do I fix this?

I use my paypal to order computer parts and buy games on Steam all the time.
