Unable to send payements to others!

I'm trying to send a payement to someone (my account and thiers is verified) but every time I do, it says "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."

Can anyone help me with this problem?

You would need to have customer support check your account details. Unfortunately no one here has that capability.
