Hello. I placed an order in hollister. the original price is $384.84 USD, however after few days I canceled few items. so the new total is $194.92 USD. Hollister said they wont debit my account if they havent ship the items out. But before these items have been shipped out. I saw this transaction has been debited with the original amount $384.84 in my debit card. I still havent got the full refund, the status of this transaction shows"In Progress". What can I do? i got 2 orders are also canceled. Which the total is more than $500 USD... I dun want to lose my money.. Please help!
