How to set up a recurring payment to an online merchant?.

Hi all,

So, right now I have recurring payments set up with Godaddy, but this other hosting company I'm with only accepts manual payments via paypal. So could I set up paypal, to send them recurring payments from my paypal account at a specific time of the month, once a month?. 

When I log into my paypal account I can't even find where the Subscriptions and Recurring Payments section even is!.

Only the merchant can set it up.

Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments..
