I purchased items on line from a well known big box store and arranged for a same day in store pickup. The first option at the checkout that popped up was Paypal. Having some funds in myaccount I selected Paypal. when I went to the store location to pick up merchandise, I went to their on line section, and they could not find the confirmation that order had been filled. Three hours after I placed the order, the store individual cancelled the order and taking in store merchandise then charged me on site for the goods plus other items I had picked up. Now the almost $300.00 cash is still "earmarked" waiting fo this big box order to be billed to me.
Can I cancel this order wiothout penalty ?
