Getting denied after some refunds. Help!

Hello, I was bought something online but then I cancled and got a refund, again I bought something then cancled and got a refund. Both refunds showed up in my paypal account but now I want to buy something agian and its declining me. I tryed about 10 times from last night and the same thing happens. Also the card attached to my paypal is a mastercard
