I recently attempted to buy a GPU on eBay that i'm now pretty sure doesn't exist. Being 3 days after I bought it, the transaction in paypal is still showing as pending/unclaimed. Every page I've been to has told me that there should be an option to cancel the payment yet I am seeing nothing. plz help.
