Hi,
I recently used my paypal account for buying items on ebay. I didn't know that it was charging my bank account and not my credit card so ended up having insufficient funds. Then, they charged my credit card but failed to... My credit card should have worked! Now I have paid a 45$ fee for a NSF transaction AND paypal has just sent me an email that my Bank Funding payment has been reversed...
Does that mean that the whole transaction has been cancelled or that they are charging my bank account? I have rectified the insufficient fund problem but I think that i will not be able to reverse the cancellation.. I want the transaction to go through and receive the item i paid for!
