I'm trying to send $24 to my fellow friend in the US. I have $24.94 as my balance. Earlier today my account wasn't verified but i was still able to receive payments but not send any money. Now, my account is verified but I am still unable to send money. I'm getting the error message, "Your payment was declined. Contact your card issuer to find out why. Or choose another payment method and try again". Which I think is very weird because in my payment preferences, I set it to use my paypal balance. Any help???
