"Lift limits and move funds more easily" link not working

I've upgraded my personal account to Business today. I want to check if there are any limits on the account.
However, the "Lift limits and move funds more easily" link doesn't work - it just takes me to my Dashboard/Summary page (I've seen quite a few posts on the forum about the same issue - no solution though)
I've tried different browsers to no avail.
Is there any other way of checking if my account has any limitations in place?

Call into PayPal's technical support department and report the issue. And you can ask someone at that department if they see any limits as well.
