So I bought a paypal prepaid mastercard and loaded 160 dollars onto it, I go to link it to my account and activate yet it says there are issues with my identification and all that and limits my account, okay fine. I upload all the information, SSN, ID, proof of residence, limits are then lifted, HOWEVER when i go to activate the card it STILL says there is a problem with my account. I called the number on the card only to get completely UNHELPFUL customer support and now my 160 dollars is somewhere in the void, does anyone know how to solve this
