hello i have recently sold an item via eBay which sold over 100$. i received a message from the buying saying he wanted it sent to another address located in Miami. since it showed that payment was received and pending i was ready to ship. i checked the paypal mobile app and it said that it "payment received" "OK to ship" so i sent it out. a week goes by and it still says payment pending. what should i do in this situation? i have sold many items on ebay before with no problem and all payments being available within 5 days.
