My payment was verified but it's not gone to my bank Mastercard, as I requested payments be made to. Paypal has verified my card. Where is the money and when will it be put on my Mastercard, I need it ASAP. And, it's impossible to reach anyone at Paypal, by phone. <frustrated!>
