Sometime in the last 3-4 years, I recall ordering a tiered mail organizer. For some reason, I'd forgotten until I saw a picture of one today. I need to see the orders from 2014 and 2015 to check. I don't believe it was ever received.

Go to your Activity page and use the date range search.  If the UI is not working use this page to look for your transaction:

You may be too late to file a PayPal dispute, if purchase wasn't sent to you.  If you funded with credit card, you might have some recourse with your card issuer.
