My Ebay is limited from 2013. I don`t know why, since 2012 i have no transactions, it`s writes:

• Feb 7, 2013: We need additional information on your recent transactions and account activity.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-002-195-290-351.)

Please help me how to unblock the ebay.

Go to the Resolution Center and view the case file to see what info is required but since this limitation is from such a long time ago, you may need to contact PayPal customer service for assistance.
