did not receive an item

I ordered a fitbit from a seller and the transaction was through PayPal and.i did not receive my item.. need help trying to figure out what my course of action is. thank you for your time

Contact the seller first if you haven't already.  If no response in a few days, report a problem in the transaction details and open an Item Not Received dispute.
