From the forums? Or payments?

From the forums, hit the avatar icon on the top right and click preferences.  There should be notifications settings in there.

For payments, go to your PP account profile > Notifications

How to delete a message from Pay Pal telling me about my credit card needing updating would offer more precise information on my ignorance.  I have complied with the notification and still it mocks me every time I log in.  How do I make it stop?
