can not use my Brother QL500 via Paypal to print postage 7" label anymore

Hello,

I need help. I used the Brother QL500 to print the 7" postage via Paypal before, but I can not successfully use it to print 7" postage label after Paypal update the print web-age. I select to switch to Classic, but there is no 7" postage option and always saying wrong label size. I use the 62 mm width roll as before, but I can not use it anymore. How to fix this problem? any idea? Thank you so much.
