Hello,
Anyone can help me with a situation?
I have purchased a diagnostic tool from a UK website. The seller sent it from china a week later as my purchase date was. I had to postpone my holiday to wait for the item plus i had to pay £33.19 import tax on it. Top of that the item was faulty so i had to send it back £17.30. Well my problem is now that Paypal does not allow me to input the correct amount as the price i paid was £122 i want to correct the price 122+33.19+17.30=172.49 Paypal say i must enter an amount of less or equal to the refund amount due. Well 172 is the amount that due. There is no options to upload documents anymore . Top of that the seller bragging on that i will get the £122 refund when they receive the item back and they dont care of my additional expenses. Well i think i should not have to pay for expenses because the item faulty and i had to return it. They didnt even offered any solution nor a replacement item instead whitch by the way i would not take as it would cost me another £33 import tax. How can i get the seller to pay me the £50.49 import tax and the return postage back ? A paypal mod would be nice to pitch in . Thanks

Hi there,
Welcome to the PayPal Community.
We can only look into the amount which you send through PayPal which is why you dont have the option to add a higher value. While it is up to the buyer to pay for return shipping we do offer to cover up to £15GBP of it. I'm afraid import taxes are completed out of PayPal's control. You can claim return shipping here.
