I tried to withdrawl cash using my PayPal Business Mastercard debit card at 2 different ATM machines today and it would not let me. It told me to "contact my financial institution." I was not trying to withdraw an amount over my daily ATM limit and I have more than enough money in my PayPal account to cover this. I really need to get this cash out!!! Has anyone else ever had this problem? If so, how do you fix it? I have just sent an email to PayPal customer service, but thought I'd ask here as well.
This is becoming quite a pain in the butt to be polite. This has been going on for 2 weeks now, they block the card so it can't be used to withdraw case at an ATM, I have to call in and get the block removed, the first time it lasted five days then they blocked it again, called in Thursday night got it unblocked went to the ATM and withdrew money, Went down Friday and withdrew money, now Saturday it's blocked AGAIN!! This is rediculouse it's not like were doing anything different, we've been using the card exactly the same for the last 5 years almost daily. They blocked it once years ago and we called in and there was an autmated system to reset it, just had to answer a few questions about past transactions, now for the last 2 weeks this crap nd they've taken away the automated system. The main purpose for these business debit cards was so you could have instant access to your funds at an ATM and be able to use it like a bank debit/credit card. I went to go pull cash out tonight to pay my employee's a little bonus for working overtime tonight off the clock and couldn't.. This needs to be FIXED!!!!!
Is the fund in your Paypal account you are withdrawing 'fresh'?
meaning you just received them not long ago,?
see Paypal actually advance $$ to the seller when buyer makes payment,Paypal has not actually received the $$ yet,it could take a few days to get the money from the buyer.Some buyer may not have enough in their bank account,some may have exceeded their spending limit with their credit card?/
