Why does PayPal not pay me when items sold, money is pending???????

I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM UNTIL 2 DAYS AGO. I ALWAY GOT PAID, AND THEN I SENT ITMS TO BUYERS.

I am a 16 year PayPay acount member with 100% feedback. I have o $ in my account.

Do i have to send items to buy before I get my money? and have them varify that they received it before I GET MY MONEY.

Do i have to have a buisness account to get my money.

I HAVE NOW IDEA WHAT TO DO TO GET MY MONEY I HAVE READ PAGE, AFTER PAGE, AFTR PAGE OF PAYPAL STUFF AND STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY MONEY FROM PAYPAL.

As soon as an order is received and paid you are reponsible to ship.  As a business you are also responsible to maintain sufficient cash flow to pay for shipping and other routine expenses.

Ship your items with tracking.  When the items are delivery you will get your money released.
