What webhook to use for failed billing agreement transaction?

Hello,

I have integrated PayPal Billing Agreements to the web app via REST API.

Now I'm looking for a way to detect failed transactions for billing agreements. Unfortunatelly I don't see any webhooks related to billing agreement transactions.

What should I use for this purpose?
