I like the process of having to provide a security code received thru text message for every purchase I make thru PayPal. However I recently made a $400 purchase from Stubhub and was surprised the transaction was immediately processed without me having to provide a security code. Is this an agreement specifically with Stubhub? If so I don’t like it. If my Stubhub account is breached then someone could immediately start making purchases using my PayPal account without needing my approval thru a security code. The person I spoke with in customer support was clueless and not helpful at all.
