I sold my first item last week end. I sent it to the customer last Tuesday but did not save the mailing receipt I got. So how will Pay Pal know I mailed it? Do I have my costomer go into her Pay Pal and say she received the item????? Thank you!
The proof PayPal will accept is an online tracking number. If you have that number you add it to the PayPal transaction record. If you shipped without a tracking number, there will be no poof of delivery in case buyer claims non-delivery. Best you hope the package arrives and buyer doesn't claim otherwise.
