Verified Paypal accounts not able to purchase

Hello,

having problems receiving money from verified Paypal accounts since 27.october. When my clients use the "Checkout with Paypal" button, it leads them to the Paypal page, but when they enter their details an error message occurs. What can I do to fix this. I will add an attachment about the error(UPDATE: can not upload photo ). Contacted Paypal about this yesterday, but nothing has changed since then.

To big for their britches, I guess.  You can give PayPal a call during their business hours, click contact at the bottom of page.  This is a user to user forum,  we do not have access to the technical back end or people's accounts to troubleshoot.  We just answer general questions and maybe advised on issues that users themselves have experienced.

 

Or go back to the main forum page, swipe to the next image at the top to get to the merchant tech support board and make a post there.
