USPS reports IN Transit

I have a buyer from **bleep**.  USPS reports the package is in ITALY but USPS doesn't not offer tracking in Italy.  Buyer complains long before pruchase, yes months before.  Its now been 20 day since shipping and buyer has disputed "not reciept" .   I cannot seem to dispute using the resloution center.

It's in transit.  Unlike may in the EU, Italy does NOT track after it reachs their country!

next time,buy some insurance or use private carrier.

Next time check with USPS to find out which services track to the delivery point; there will be a higher shipping fee.  Signature confirmation service should work.
