When I try to make an eBay purchase or send a gift I get an error that this purchase or transaction can not be completed with PayPal credit,? I've linked my bank but the deposit hasn't been made yet
The transactions don't qualify for PayPal Credit. Each transaction is evaluated separately for PPC qualifications. PPC use is not like a regular credit card you use when you want to use it. If you want to use credit on-demand, then use a regular credit card.
