I purchased a few playstation games on the ps store about 2 weeks ago. Then I noticed that there's a chargeback in the UK that's getting people's accounts banned, and I'm from the US. Is that affecting my slowness of the transaction from paypal? Because I'm really worried about my account. I still don't see the transaction in my bank info. I'm paypal member for over a decade now.

What happens to accounts of other people has no impact on your account transactions.
On the other hand, buying and selling virtual items is extremely high risk of loss. When the risk to PayPal becomes too high your acocunt will be limited or closed. Your goal is to absolutely no disputes and no chargebacks; chargebacks are costly and risk acocunt closing.

I'm not seeing the transaction in my bank account. I'm too worried after what I saw about the chargeback between paypal and Sony in the UK. I'm from US.
