Subpoena of financial records in Family Law Matters

Can anyone tell me if they have been able or how to go about filling with a subpoena for financial records of a spouse or otherwise?

In layman terms-do you mean you want to see your spouse's paypal activities?

Yes that is correct I would like to see her activities. i.e. monthly statements.

Why isn't your attorney handling it?  If your attorney lacks the experience or knowledge, then find a new lawyer.

I know in the past,IRS has subpoenaed Ebay seller record from Ebay,he was being audited by IRS ,he has a brick and mortar store,also sell on EBay.

I also have read that an EBay seller past away,and her husband beleived she has money in her PAYPAL account and would like to retrieve the fund to pay bills but Paypal would not give away her password,he has to get a lawyer with death certificate etc.

You can call Paypal legal dept and ask what doe sit take to  look into a person's paypal account?
