I've been getting the error code 50001 for 2 days now. Help desk said it's a known issue and to try paypay.com/shipnow link, but I just get the same error. Any ideas? Heard anything? I'm new here and need to ship a bunch of stuff. Grrrr Thanks!!
If PayPal isn't working you could use USPS.com, but there would be no discount.
Click Print Shipping Label at the bottom on the transaction page and if there is a link to use the 'classic experience' at the top.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
