I set up my now ex-husband's PAYPAL account, using my Gmail account address. Now HE gets alerts from MY Gmail, and I cannot get into his PAYPAL account to change it. What should I do? Ignore it?

Is your gMail address the login PayPal address for your ex?
You can't modify another member's account.
What email address is used for your own PayPal account?
The issue may be more serious than just receiving alerts, but more information is needed.

If gmail lets you create email alias to your gmail email address, do that and add and confirm the email alias to your PayPal account. Then make it your primary email address first and remove the old gmail address or just leave it listed.
Or, create a whole new gmail email address, add/confirm it and use that as your new primary email address.
Secondary email addresses do not receive notifications if the primary is the one conducting transactions. If there are transactions conducted under the secondary email address both the primary and secondary email address gets notifications.
Hope this helps.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
