Recurring Revenue Transfer Between Countries

I currently run an online business based out of the United States where I re-bill users through Paypal.  I am looking to sell the business (after nine years of recurring revenue through Paypal) but I have a major problem - the new owner is based in Canada.

I had planned to hand the Paypal account over to the new owner and change the business details but obviously that won't work because they are not based in the United States.

The way my set up works is that I use Amember billing software that connects with Paypal to re-bill users.  Obviously the new owner could set up a Canadian-based Paypal account but they would lose all of the re-bills set to bill to my Paypal account.  What are the options to make this work or are there any?

I have contacted Paypal customer support and they have no idea how to fix it other than to contact the users and tell them they have to re-signup, thus eliminating all Paypal recurring revenue.

Any help?

You cannot sell or transfer your Paypal account, even if you can,it is not a good idea.

they have to set up their own back office/payment system, let them figure it out from Canada.
