Recipients email for tracking, I do not see a place to add this when I create a shipping label. I am used to doing it on the USPS site.
It would be automatically sent to the sender's email address associated with the payment when you make the shipping label via the payment's transaction details.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
