Recently I have many buyer that are not able to pay through paypal

Anybody has this issue with all of a sudden so many buyers that cannot get their payment through to paypal.

Paypal keeps telling me to have the people phone them....but its just too much and too many.

I am very frustrated with this.

How are they trying to pay - web site, invoice, etc.  ??

Do you have a US Business account  ??

Are the buyers from the same country or different countries ??
