Receiving "Internal Server Error" when I try to withdraw money from my account?

Hello Everyone,

This morning, the funds from my very first eBay transaction finally cleared. However, whenever I try to transfer the funds from my PayPal account to my bank account, I receive an "Internal Server Error" message at the top of my screen. I have tried on numerous occassions, and from several different computers.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is PayPal undergoing some type of maintenance? Please help A.S.A.P. I need to buy groceries. I'm running low on rice 😞

I had the exact same issue just now. Tried initially in Chrome (Version 44.0.2403.89 m), then Chrome incognito (same version, obviously), then finally got it to work in Internet Explorer (version 9.0.8112.16421).

Kind of an important bug to fix, methinks.

Use this page instead:

https://www.paypal.com/wdfunds

LOGIN @ PAYPAL.COM FIRST

It's the old-school PayPal Withdraw Funds page, from before the slick redesign.

Thank You!  This is the only solution that worked for me.

Crazy to have to go through all of this.  Their site is not working and should be fixed!

I got this a couple times, then I tried the 'Classic Site' link, as this topic said...However, from the classic site I couldn't figure out how to withdraw money. I clicked the 'Summary' link at the top, and it brought me back to the summary of transactions, but it looked like the regular non-Classic version. HOWEVER, when I tried it once more from there, it worked! Very odd...
