Will I have to wait 21 days to access funds if someone transfers me money? I need to transfer their money into my bank account to pay someone else and cannot wait that long

I tried to use Unichange.me last night to send BTC and recieve USD in Paypal.  All verifications and confirmations seemed to go well, but I cannot see any USD deposit/payment in my Paypal account.  Does anyone have experience with Unichange.me?

[Update]  RESOLVED. 
Received payment at Paypal in USD. Was notified at my Paypal account email address.  Total elapsed time for transaction from cvreation on Unichange.me website until receipt of funds in Paypal was a lillte under 24 hours.

Racked up a lot of cell  minutes wsaitng for Paypal support and never got a human!  Concerning.
