Problem with Adding Credit Card , BDL bank Algeria

hi,

i face a problem when i try to add my credit card , this message popup : "Sorry, we can’t add this card. Please try adding a different card to your account."

i have contacted paypal support but their answers are just copy&paste (not helpful at all), also i have contacted the issuer of the card (BDL Bank Algeria) and they said that their cards works normally for all the other clients who use paypal ; so what's wrong with you PAYPAL!

the paypal support team made a good job , my problem is solved thanks to paypal team Again 🙂 !

if u are facing the same problem & looking for the solution just contact the team & they will call you on phone & tell you what to do !
