I received a payment from a paypal account and after a day, it automatically refunded. The person who sent me the money has now had their account blocked and they don't trust paypal enough to upload ID and a bank account to unlock. Is there any way I can get this money back, epecially since I didn't authorise this refund and I can't seem to dispute this transaction?
