Paypal fees

Hello. I sold on Ebay two same  items with same price - $15 each. According to the Paypal conditions I must receive $14.26 (2.9%+$0.3). But I received for one$14.25, for second $14.04. I have many such cases on Paypal. What is the problem? I'm can't found ansver on Paypal Help center.Thanks
