Paypal Egypt reviebe money from upwork and withdraw to your bank account

I was informed by paypal for Egypt i only can use visa card not master card to receieve money from upwork, most banks in Egypt use master card and when I asked many banks they don't accept transfer from paypal to your bank account (i think they afraid of illegal work or something in Egypt), what i need to know was anybody from Egypt successful to find bank in Egypt that can create visa card in USD and accept transfers from paypal in USD?

You can withdraw funds from your PayPal account:

* To your Visa card issued in Egypt.

* To your US bank account.

thanks, i have check this method of visa debit card, but this is not applicable in Egypt in most bank, so I'm asking if someone had the same experiece, or maybe i should try another method other than paypal to withdraw my money
