So I recieved a mail today about being charged about some kind of terms and conditions on the date of 9/03/2017, heres what the mail said.
" The Lender for your PayPal Credit Account, Comenity Capital Bank, is updating the Terms and Conditions of your Account. The following is a summary of key changes. Also included is a copy of the new Terms and Conditions, which replace your existing Terms and Conditions and are effective 09/03/2017. Please read this communication and the Terms and Conditions carefully and keep them for your records."

Return Check Fee: Up to $27.00.
Can someone please explain to me why I'm being charged from using Paypal credit? I used it on accident but already payed the statement in full about 3 or 4 days later.
