Payment on Hold for 21 Days Despite Delivery Confirmation

I recently sold a turntable for $425. I sent the item out on May 5th, provided a tracking number, and received delivery confirmation on May 8th. PayPal still shows my payment as on hold despite PayPal also recognizing that the item was delivered on May 8th. PayPals own FAQ says that fund will be released 3 days after delivery confirmation, yet is has now been 13 days. What gives?

it could be released 3 days after DC shows it has been delivered,but could be longer,sometimes more than 21 days.

It could be you or it could be the product category or both.

is it Ebay?than call Ebay.

If you are a good seller,it could release the fund while you are on the phone.
