I recently sold a turntable for $425. I sent the item out on May 5th, provided a tracking number, and received delivery confirmation on May 8th. PayPal still shows my payment as on hold despite PayPal also recognizing that the item was delivered on May 8th. PayPals own FAQ says that fund will be released 3 days after delivery confirmation, yet is has now been 13 days. What gives?
