I have a payment pending and it says it will cancel if I dont claim it in 30 days. Its $60 not much but I NEED it. Support told me I have to add a bank account (I dont have a bank account) or apply for the paypal credit. I got refused on that. How can I get the money? this hasnt happened before and support is taking days to reply.
