Payment By Credit / Debit Card

Hi
It seems that Paypal now requires customers to set up a Paypal account as part of the process of paying by credit.debit card. 
I sell digital products so I need the customer's email address, and up to a few days ago they could pay by credit/debit card and put in their email address without setting up an account. That seems to have changed and I'm getting a lot of emails from customers thinking I must have changed something.
Am I correct that Paypal has made this change, or should it still be possible to pay without opening an account?

it is not official,but many have complained they can no longer use Paypal as a guest.

if you dont see the option,then the feature is not available.

too much risk,too much disputes open,you know you get no protection selling digital goods as you cannot prove delivery.

Yes. I would like to know if something has changed. I am an eBay seller and have been recently receiving email from customers that they cannot pay by debit. How can we get to the bottom of this?

Come March 29,anyone using PAYPAL guest checkout gets no buyer protection ,there is no mention of signing up for a Paypal account.

what kind of debit card are they using?

Probably too much risk dealing with debit card from someone who is not a Paypal member.
