Hi. I have a problem with paying items on ebay. I can't pay nothing. When use paypal option to pay and click comfirm pay they say. "Unfortunately, we can't process your payment. Here are your options: Check out with another PayPal method, like the one we're showing now. Select a different payment option." I use Visa card and I have negative balance of -120 BAM. I can go to -215 BAM because that is my limit. I can buy anything up to -215 with card, but I dont know can I do that with paypal. By the way sorry if my English is bad.
