PayPal help

PayPal has taken €3.00 out of my account. When you make your profile, I think they take €1.50 out, so they must have done it twice. This money is apparently refundable but I don't know how to do that. I have sent them 4 cases and they can't understand my claim. Please help.

Paypal only remove funds when you add a card to your paypal account.

If you have clicked to have the code sent x2 then it would charge you x2, but when you confirm the card with the code then that money is refunded.

If it has not gone back to your card then it may have been credited to your balance and you spent it?

Oh, well I wasn't sent any code. How are the codes sent out? Also, thank you for clearing it up.
